1. Make it a habit to eat healthy Foods

Eat healthy foods that are high in fiber and protein. Avoid processed carbohydrates, sugar and other unhealthy fats. 

Also, eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables and lean protein. consume more fruits and vegetable than you normally would.

Low-fat dairy products such as eggs, cheese and yogurt should also be included in your diet. Eat less processed food, more whole grain like brown rice, quinoa and oats to help your body burn calories and keep you fuller longer than usual for longer periods of time. 

In addition to these, eat food that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Include a variety of foods that contains Vitamin C, iron and zinc. Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, especially oranges and bananas. 

Eat a lot of fish and sea food. Also eat plenty of fiber. If you are not eating enough fiber, try adding some fruits or vegetable to your diet. Drink water instead of soda or sugary drinks. This prevents you from gaining unnecessary weight.

Exercise is a great way to lose weight. it is the best way to burn calories and keep your body healthy. If you are not sure about what kind of exercise to do then try these fitness tips. 

Start with simple walking, jogging or running Make sure you have enough time to do all the things that you want to do. 

Take breaks when needed and rest after every session of exercise to get rid of any stress and fatigue that you may feel. You can also use treadmill or elliptical machine to help you in getting fit.  You can also try yoga or meditation. it is very beneficial for you to get fit and healthy.
